How Click & Clean works
A smart locker platform launching soon that will connect you with trusted local cleaners. Here is every step of the journey, from opening the app to collecting your fresh garments.
Instead of visiting a dry cleaner, you use the Click & Clean app to find the nearest smart locker, securely drop off your garments and collect them once they have been professionally cleaned. Click & Clean runs the app, the locker network and the logistics. The cleaning itself is carried out by carefully vetted local partners.
Every step of a Click & Clean order
Open the app
Launch Click & Clean. With your permission, the app uses GPS to show nearby lockers with distance, availability, opening hours and services.
Choose a locker
Tap a locker to see directions, available compartments, estimated turnaround and services offered, then hit Start New Order.
Select your service
Pick what you need: dry cleaning, laundry wash & fold, ironing, alterations, shoe cleaning or household items.
List your garments
Tell us what you're dropping in, for example 2 shirts, 1 suit jacket, 1 dress. Add photos or special instructions if you like.
Confirm your order
Review your locker, services, garments and estimated completion time, then confirm. Your order is created.
Locker assigned
The system reserves an available compartment and gives you a QR code, backup PIN, locker number and a drop-off window.
Drop your items in
At the locker, tap Open Locker in the app. Your compartment unlocks automatically. Place items in and close the door, it locks itself.
Cleaner collection
The cleaning partner's driver gets a job in their app, travels to the locker, authenticates and collects your garments.
Professional cleaning
Your items are professionally cleaned. You get status updates: Cleaning Started, Quality Inspection, Cleaning Complete.
Returned to the locker
The driver returns your garments to a locker compartment. Status updates to Ready for Collection.
You get notified
A push notification tells you which locker, which compartment and by when to collect.
Collect your order
Open the app, tap Collect Order, the locker unlocks, take your items and close the door. Order complete.
